We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:
Returns
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with clear photos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
All custom or personalized products (including embroidery, printed items, or made-to-order designs) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer free replacements for defective or incorrect products. Exchanges for size or preference are not applicable for custom items.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, production begins and cancellation is not possible.
